All units are completely
disassembled, cleaned and fully inspected. The rack shafts are precision
polished and tested for run-out to guarantee full radius straightness.
Valves are pre-tested to insure proper balance and return to center. The
all aluminum units are stainless steel sleeved, mechanically locked and
bonded in place. New OEM pressure seals, Teflon rings and “O” rings, are
installed to insure critical interference fit. Essential mounting bushings,
boots and inner tie rods are included. Each unit is hydraulically pressure
tested to insure no internal or external leakage and then checked for proper
valve position. Before shipping, the unit is shrink-wrapped to safeguard
against damage.
