Each unit is completely disassembled and cleaned to allow for inspection of entire unit. New OEM seals, bushings and “O” rings are then installed. The units are then hydraulically tested for proper pressure and fluid volume at designated Rpm’s. Pulley installation kits are included where applicable. The newly designed Arc Cam-pacs used to reduce OEM noise are installed on Ford Type-2 units. Every remanufactured unit meets or exceeds OEM specifications.
